Tuning and
Repairs
Our highly trained and
certified tuners are available to tune your upright or grand
piano during the week from Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to
5:00 PM. Our technicians are trained and expected to
go beyond just tuning your piano. We require all of
our technicians to thoroughly examine and make minor
adjustments as needed during the tuning appointment.
Please be aware that any major repairs may require a
separate visit to complete. Please

Piano
Restoration, Rebuilding and Refinishing
Richmond Piano is proudly owned
and operated by Douglas K. Wurz, a premiere rebuilder on the
East Coast. Mr. Wurz has over 30 years experience
rebuilding and restoring pianos with areas of expertise in
Steinway, Mason & Hamlin and many other high quality hand
crafted pianos. To have an evaluation performed on
your piano for restoration, please contact Bryan Ames, Store
Manager, at 804-358-1929.
Moving
Our moving staff are equipped
to move pianos of any size. We are available Monday -
Friday. We are a fully bonded piano moving company
which means that if anything should happen to your piano, we
will fully repair or replace the instrument as needed.

moving form to schedule a move.
*Please be aware that we are also available to move during
the weekends, but weekend appointments require an extra
after-hours fee.
Storage
Your piano will be stored in a
climate controlled warehouse on a 30-day non-prorated term. Storage fees do not
include pickup and delivery of your instrument.
Please fill out our moving
form and indicate at the bottom that you are interested
in storing the piano and the length of time you would like
the piano stored.
Piano Rentals
We offer both home and
commercial rentals. We have high quality upright
pianos available for home rentals and high quality upright
and grand pianos for commercial rentals. Please
